Built in the very early 1960s, Wedgwood Bowl closed in the early 1990s and never reopened. It's been boarded up ever since. The big pole signs spelling out "B-O-W-L" were left to rust, and only recently were taken down.

Built in the early 1960s, the Wedgwood was a single-screen first-run movie theater. It eventually expanded to two screens by the early 1980s, also renting out video tapes. By the 1990s it grew to four screens and showed dollar movies.
