將軍澳電視廣播城(cn)China / Hongkong / Xigong (香港)電視廣播城（TVB City）現時為無綫電視及旗下部份公司的總部，由無綫電視於1998年開始籌劃興建，用以取代舊有位於清水灣大埔仔的電視城，原址則計劃興建住宅。電視廣播城位於將軍澳工業邨，是香港工業邨公司歷來租出最大的一幅土地，總建築面積逾十一萬平方米，投資額逾22億港元。廣播城面積較原有的清水灣電視城大30%，並以數碼設備運作，其中一號錄影廠是全亞洲商營電視台最大的錄影廠，提供630個座位供現場觀眾使用。無線電視由2002年8月開始陸續遷入電視廣播城。2003年9月21日，無綫電視新聞部正式搬入電視廣播城，為最後一個搬到電視廣播城的部門。無線電視於2003年10月12日在電視廣播城舉行開幕儀式。 在2004年6月，蘋果日報報導指，香港科技園公司以「特別優惠」將土地租予無線，內容指地價獲「勁減」及優惠低利率之報道，部份議員質疑是否存在不公平的情況，亦有租戶不滿得不到同樣優惠。 無綫於2004年6月9日發表聲明澄清，以下為聲明之概要： 蘋果日報指無線電視租用之土地為海旁地段，故應支付海旁地段之呎價，而非內陸地段價格。但事實電視廣播城為內陸地段，且貼近垃圾堆填區。報道亦忽略電視廣播城乃工業村歷來租出土地中最大的一幅(面積逾9萬3千平方米)。無綫電視亦非如報道所指有事後更改合約條款。早於1999年2月，香港工業邨公司已經承諾，如該公司於2000年3月31日或之前公佈任何將軍澳工業邨的減地價安排，無線電視亦可獲得具追溯效力的寬減地價優惠。 另一方面，電視廣播城的地理位置亦貼鄰垃圾堆填區。據不少在電視廣播城工作的員工透露，他們經常要忍受從垃圾堆填區傳出的惡臭氣味。
