深圳龙珠医院(cn)China / Hongkong / Yuanlong hospital深圳龙珠医院，原本为香港吉里投资和亿仁投资集团，及红十字会合资。 由红十字会出地皮，占24%，亿仁集团24%，吉里集团52%。 医院内幕：从建院开始到06年12月，由亿仁集团代表孙启银代管医院。其间孙启银通过购买设备 及工程大量转移了资金到自己口袋中。使医院无法正常运作，拖欠员工3个月工资。结果07年1月， 由董事长接管，并把亿仁投资集团踢出合资成员。由于内部资产帐本不清，无法合法统计，未能 和孙启银对簿公堂。然而，孙启银竟在4月份起诉龙珠医院在其未对孙启银通知前解雇孙启银。后 因孙启银了解到董事长的背景及此次上告法庭将会引起法院对医院资产调查，打算撤销诉讼，但 由于理由不充分，不能撤销。案件延迟。 龙珠医院董事长并非真正的医院董事长，只不过是山东某人的傀儡。内地对香港同胞到内地投资都 给与优惠政策，此董事长不过是借鸡生蛋，找个香港户籍的人，开个空壳工资，内地注入资金，然 后以公司名义把资金转投资此医院。但是此笔资金少之又少。借此机会向银行贷款6个亿。结果，因 工程进程资金流向不明多次被银行冻结账户。导致工程瘫痪。甚至民工抗议。 龙珠医院内部管理混乱。 原来孙启银管理时把自己的人安插在上层。其中一个心腹李亚琦主动要求采购回扣100余万。另工程 部多名总工都已在深圳购房。 现任院长顾问，袁训书则是在多家民营医院无法呆下去被孙启银请来管理，结果被冷藏后，因董事长 接管，再次上位。结果瞎搞政治，院内人心惶惶。成众矢之的。 现状：深圳政府要求医院必须在半年内正常运作，否则将开始接管，并清查资产。现医院运作艰难， 董事会不断想办法节约成本，把工资减半，结果医生护士都选择离开。医院对科室给与经济指标， 医院不做宣传，要求医生到周边义诊，使医生工作压力加大。 医院资金困难，经济萧条，管理混乱，不能让政府接受，否则某些人要面对坐牢的尴尬。成为有史 以来医疗卫生系统最大的丑闻。haha
